Kanoa General BS, LMT, CKTP
Kanoa General is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist having trained at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Syracuse, NY and has been practicing massage and bodywork since 2007. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, with an emphasis on pre-medical studies, from Syracuse University in Syracuse, NY in order to have a better understanding of the human body and apply his knowledge to his clients' unique musculoskeletal issues.
Drawing from his Native American heritage, Kanoa has always had a deeply rooted passion for massage, bodywork, nutrition and herbalism. His goal is to become a Doctor of Naturopathy so that he can combine his training in bodywork to help alleviate your chronic pain and illness that may be caused by stress, nutritional and metabolic deficiencies, and neuromuscular tensions.
In his commitment to continuing education and the progression of massage as an adjunct to healthcare, Kanoa can be found researching and advocating the benefits of massage during his spare time. He also volunteers as a sports massage therapist at Ironman and running events.

Respected by many clients, from hard-working mothers to celebrities and world class athletes, for his intuitive and focused touch, and professional yet warm demeanor, Kanoa has developed many long-standing professional relationships and an international client base.
When he's not attending class or working, Kanoa can be found hiking the Adirondack mountains or fishing its world class lakes and rivers, or cycling and running along the numerous trails in Central New York.
Samantha Saccento LMT, CKTP
Samantha Saccento is a Licensed Massage Therapist having studied massage therapy at the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and has been practicing since 2007. After graduating she immersed herself in the study of energy work and completed her Reiki training in 2008 having become a Reiki Master. Since then she has been adamant about staying up to date with current massage and energy work trainings.
Samantha's upbringing in an athletic oriented family has helped her hone her specialty of myofascial, sport and deep tissue work. She enjoys helping athletes perform at their peak performance and setting new PRs. Splitting her time between volunteering at events such as Ironman and Tour De Cure, Samantha is also an accomplished athlete, competing in multiple sprint triathlons and charity rides across NYS. Being present in the athletic community as a participant and volunteer has made her work well received and sought after from multiple groups across the country.
Samantha has studied with Dr. Erik Dalton and is a Certified Myoskeletal Therapist; has studied with Sarah Kazor and is a Reiki Master; and is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner with Kinesio Taping Association International. She’s had extensive training in Rotator Cuff Ailments and Corrections, and Lymphatic Drainage and Zen Massage with Essential Oils. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and the International Association of Reiki Professionals. Her continued education hours will assure the most up to date and effective treatment for every visit.
