CranioSacral Therapy & SomatoEmotional Release
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle light touch therapy that evaluates and enhances the functioning of the craniosacral system which houses the cerebrospinal fluid and membranes which protect the brain and spinal cord. Restrictions within these membranes are released allowing the central nervous system to function more efficiently.
SomatoEmotional Release (SER) is a therapeutic process that uses and expands on the principles of CranioSacral Therapy to help rid the mind and body of the residual effects of trauma. SER offers applications designed to enhance results using CST and other complementary therapies.
Both CST and SER are being increasingly use as a preventive health measure and are performed with client fully clothed. Sessions usually last 60 to 90 minutes. They are terrific for those suffering from migraines, headaches, chronic fatigue, ADD/ADHD, brain and spinal cord injuries, PTSD, post-surgical dysfunction, and touch sensitivities.
